About the Tea Leaf
Black tea is known as “hong cha” (red tea) in Mandarin due to the reddish color of its liquor (or infusion). While the dried tea leaf is very dark close to the color black.
Taiwan has a great collection of black tea. SIMPLY BLACK is a representative of the original flavor of black tea, picked and plucked by hand and processed into a striped-shaped leaf. Using a natural fermentation method, the leaves are about 90% fermented.
Perfect to drink alone or to add other ingredients such as dried or fresh lemon slices, mint leaves, and so on. It’s time to rinse your mind with a typical but classic aroma of Formosa black tea.
